For the three people out there reading this review who have not read the first seven Midnight Breed books, go now…run don’t walk to your book store and buy them. I love this series. It has everything: romance, bromance, suspense, power struggles, civilians and warriors. The story arcs have been fast paced and intrinsically connected with the long thread being the “unknown” Breed bent on taking over the world.

The tests are inconclusive, and the men do not know what exactly they are dealing

Nice addition to the Midnight Breed series. It was a little open-ended in what is going to happen with Jenna as she is not an actual Breedmate. However, it seemed pretty clear she is not quite human any longer. I'm sure she and Brock will be together for centuries.
The ending was a great surprise and I really enjoyed it.
I wasn't completely in love with Brock and Jenna but they were a good couple together. ...more
