It's hard not to gush when reviewing anything by Jeaniene Frost, especially the Night Huntress series. This is simply because she has an inordinate balance, a grasp on the critical elements that make readers clamor for more. The creation of Bones is right up there with Tom Fenris, Jamie Frasier, Jean-Claude, Erik Northman, and Kisten. In fact, I think the series is more Bones' rather than Cats. WOW!!!!

This Series is by far one of my favorite series!!!

I loved to hate this book out of the series, due to the anguish Bones and Cat went through. Even when Cat saw pictures implying Bones cheated on her I truly truly truly knew he didn’t!! LoL

I found myself getting so frustrated throughout the book and I LOVED it!!!

The only bad thing no more to read after this one!! ***wipes away a tear***

If I could rate this book 6 stars, I would. I just read this entire book in one sitting straight through the night without an ounce of sleep and I couldn't feel more wired. Every book in this series has been amazing so far, but this one blew the rest away. The book started strong and ending strong without slowing even for an instant in between. If you have not read this series yet, what the heck are you waiting for?!? ...more
