I'm beginning to think that anything by this author is fabulous.
There is a richness and complexity to her worlds that is absolutely fascinating and draws me in every time. Read this book in as close to one sitting as I possibly could.

I have been wanting to read this series for a while, but I admit I was put off by the cheesy cover! It ended up being really good. Sasha is part of a race called the Psy who have been trained to have no human emotions in order to create a race without violence. Any Psy that shows emotion is seen as flawed and killed. Sasha has felt emotion since her childhood and has hid it due to fear of "rehabilitation". Lucas is a changeling who can shift into a panther and is the alpha of his pack. Sasha is ...more

Sci-Fi/paranormal romance torn between 3.5 and 4.

My first book with Sci-fi elements. I really liked it. I found it very easy to understand the Psy/changeling world.
I have a thing for big cats so I loved Lucas.
