This is a really great series with a fantastic book to start it out. Cat is such a great character. She has been dealt a really crappy deal in life, and stuck with a mother from hell that really lays the guilt on. She starts to kill vampires after finding out she is half one. Her weekend job in essence is to go out and hunt and kill them. Then for added fun when she gets home her mothers asks her if she killed the monsters. I originally read this series back in January. Then again...then again...then again...then again. Let's just say that the binding on thise book has gotten on hell of a workout! I've read it countless times and still bust a gut laighing each time. I would want my own Bones if I wasn't so sure he needs to be with Cat!
