Unleash The Night features Wren's story- a character we met briefly before in another of her novels but I can't think which. Wren, a forbidden mix of white tiger and snow leopard in Kenyon's Were-Hunter world, is silent and brooding and perfectly yummy. This was a great addition to the Dark Hunter/Were Hunter worlds as it encompassed all the humor and action I have come to love about these series. Sherrilyn Kenyon definitely knows how to run the emotional gambit in these books: from passion to pain, betrayal to redemption and everything in between. Both Wren and Maggie had a lot of emotional scars and a lot to overcome and I enjoyed how their story was laid out. I particularly enjoyed their beater and they passion with one another.

This one goes into my favorites. I love the story of Wren. He is by far one of the coolest characters yet, but how cool is a white tiger/snow leopard mix. I read in one sitting. It was fasted pasted with great action and the characters fall for each other easily finding a bond from each's lonely childhood. It had a fun twist and the ride was great.

reread: I enjoyed Wren's story and remembered not liking Mama Bear even when the book finished.
