I dont know which of the twin's stories I like best- Drustan's (Kiss of the Highlander) or Dageus's (The Dark Highlander)- but both are top of the game. At the end of Drustan's story we find Dageus sacrificing his sanity and, for all he knew his very life to see his beloved brother reunited with his mate- but at a cost.

I don't think this review will be long because I don't have much to say. I will say that this is the last book that I'll be reading in this series. And no, I didn't hate it, it's just not for me. I don't know. Maybe I felt like both stories I've read so far were long for no reason? I think this could have been shorter.

Only gave the book 5 because Daegus is so freekin hot!

I wasn't too sure about this book when I picked it up as I didn't really care for Dageus in the last book. But after getting to know him he was great fun to read about. I really liked Chloe too, her love of relics cracked me up as it sure gave Dageus a easy in with her. Their chemistry was explosive and I was glad when they both gave into it. I loved that we got to check in with all of the characters from the last book and that all of them were concerned about Dageus. With all that we learned in
