I know I am sounding like a broken record, but I am gonna say this again “everyone needs to read this series”. I am just always surprised and excited when I get into one these books, seems like the last book is always a bit better than the previous. This book, good gawd I was cheering, I cried, laughed, lost my pants all at the same time. I call that a fantastic read.

A little recap, this series is the Demonica series, and it revolves around a tight knit g ^^I WANNA UNLEASH SOME PASSION ALRIGHT!^^

This book, good gawd I was cheering, I cried, laughed, lost my pants all at the same time. I call that a fantastic read.

A little recap, this series is the Demonica series, and it revolves around a tight knit group of demons, the first three books have been about the sem bros (seminus demons) and they have been good. We had Dr E, Shade and now we have Wraith, and Wraith is the bad boy, he does what he wants, kills whom he wants and has sex with anything that moves and is a demon. Just a few simple rules, only females and no humans, he dislikes human females but his views are about to change, when the very species he hates, one will have the power to save his life.

Wraith is the bad boy with the troubled past, he does everything for himself and don’t give a damn about nobody. Too bad, he can’t turn of the feelings for his brothers because they are the only one who seems to care about him. Trust comes a long way with Wraith, after the woman who birthed him kept him and tortured him, some mother she was. Therefore, Wraith is all types of assholish due to the emotional and physical pain his mom put him through. As a seminus demon, he is half-vampire and he hates that part of himself, because vampires were responsible for the most painful days of his life. So destroying a few vamps is never a bad thing for Wraith, but there are rules, vamps can’t destroy their own kind but rules were meant to be broken. Wraith breaks them and let me tell you he breaks them like a rockstar.

When taking down a few bad vamps Wraith is attacked and infected a with a poison that there is no cure for, and will eventually shut down and kill his body in a matter of weeks. Thus, begins the search for a cure and what will save his life is the very thing he would give up his life for. Wraith needs to take a charm from a human female, that includes taking her virginity and this will not come easy but Wraith is up for the challenge because he don’t give a fuck about no one. WRONG!!!!! He will come to care he will come to love a lot.

Serena Kelley is charmed, translation she is protected by strong magic. No harm can come to her; only thing is this is only good if she remains a virgin. That’s tough when all you wanna do is get butt naked with a hottie, but getting sentimental this means no intimacy or love for Serena. Only lover she has is her job, and when a most desired artifact is in reach, she makes her way to get it, she would have to meet Josh to receive a key and Josh is all kinds of heavenly with his face tats and blond hair. Never realizing that the Josh she is meeting is Wraith in disguise. Now every feeling is put on the test in close proximity to this walking Adonis. It also seems some crazy man wants her virginity and charm to bring destruction to the world. Good thing she has Josh (Wraith), and all he wants is to get to know her and protect her.

This book is a plethora of information and if I go on it will be review to long to read, but I can’t go without talking about Wraith. I noticed him from the first book, because he is such an ass but I was not in love with him. Now, I am in love with him now he is the epitome of pure awesomeness. He loves fierce like how he kills; his heart is beautiful even though he can’t say it through words. I wanna be the Blob or a snake or something, so I can wrap myself around him and pull him into myself (psychotic much) he is bloody beautiful, he deserved every happiness he got and more. Also, I am convinced Wraith is a little bit gay no matter if he says otherwise, every comment he said was a little bit gay. He likes to talk about lubing up, calling someone daddy, what do you wanna kiss me, Wraith gay is definitely a very good thing.

We got a little bit of everyone in this book, and all of Ione’s characters is never a bad thing. This woman can write and I want to live in her head. I liked Serena and she was the ying to Wraith’s yang. I am just so happy about how much she loved him he deserved it. The info around the charm was sweet and added something dynamite to the plot. It is a showdown everyone, a kickasss showdown.
It has Angels, fallen angels, wolves, hot sex and more hot sex with a dash of hot sex. There is just so much that happens, I can't even think!

This series is A+++++; I am in love with everyone. I am unsure of which bro is my fave is it Shade, is it Wraith I have no clue. I will say I am up for some tag teaming and I don’t care if I can’t walk, move or breathe after. It would be “alright” in my book.

Wraith has never been my favorite brother. I do like his humor, and find him sexy, but I didn't think I would like his book as much as I did.

Reading this for a second time, I think I enjoyed it even more. Wraith IS a very sweet guy, vampire, demon, whatever. And I actually liked Serena. I might've not liked her as much the first time I read this book, but she's a pretty cool chick. She has a "gift" that while keeps her alive, it also keeps her from living fully.

Ione's Demonica series has been one of the top paranormal books on my reading list for a while. Her first two books have been about Incubus type demons who where both brothers, and I absolutely loved them. This book is about the third brother Wraith. He's the dark and twisted character that all paranormal series seem to love, the monster even the monsters are afraid of. Wraith was an iffy character for me and I wasn't sure if I would like him. After finishing Passion Unleashed I can safely say W Ione's Demonica series has been one of the top paranormal books on my reading list for a while. After finishing Passion Unleashed I can safely say Wraith is my favorite brother.

Wraith was a hot crazy biker creep. Who ended up having great character depth, and really quite lovable. It was so crazy how he needed everyone to believe he was evil and more importantly he needed to believe it. Following along in Wraith's head and watching him grow into his conscious and falling in love with him as Serena did was terrific.

I loved all of the plot twists, and as one of the Wraith's brother says, “This is better then a Soap.” The end of the world thing had me a little worried. In my experience when a series takes a turn for world destruction it never goes well. Ione however pulls it off wonderfully balancing the side story and Wraith and Serena's love story beautifully.

The side story in this book, and following the previous books, is Gem and Kynan. I have loved watching the relationship grow, then implode, grow, and implode again. Gem is half demon and Kynan , an ex-demon slayer, is coming to grips with the fact that maybe not all demons are evil. Gem grows up and gets tougher, I would have liked to have seen more of that. As much as I love Kynan, in the previous book the way he had left Gem high and dry really grated on me. Personally I felt Gem just came running back when Kynan crooked his finger. I would have enjoyed it if Gem and Kynan's story went into the next book. But, hey, they end up together and all is well.

Bottom Line:

I really love the idea of a hospital that treats demons. The cast of characters Ione has created is so fun and I enjoy getting to be in other characters heads as the plot thickens. Each book is connected by the other characters actions, whether they are the main ones or not. I can not wait to read the next book as Ione has left some great plot threads dangling.

I can honestly say that the Demonica Series has become my favorite paranormal romance series as of now. Reading about these Seminus Demon brothers just gets you addicted to them and you can't stop reading. The plot is engaging and we have these appealing characters. I love that each brother has a completely different personality from the others.

After Reading PASSION UNLEASHED, I can say that It is my favorite book in the series. Serena has this charm that gets her from dying. Dying? Well, Serena ...more

What a great book and what a great series. I love a series that has me distracting all day thinking about it. One that I can't wait to pick it up again to read and this one definitely did it for me. Wraith really surprised me. I think he ended up being the sappiest brother of all, even though he gave his brothers hell when they found their mate. This was another great storyline, and reminded me of Zsadist from BDB (except Wraith wasn’t as reluctant to get involved with someone, and his issues were not as deep as Z’s were). Overall, I enjoyed it but it didn’t have the same impact as some others… the heroine was great, but again... just didn’t feel too much attachment. Maybe because the tortured hero thing is not my favourite (even with the BDB, Z is not my favourite **ducks behind something to keep from being pummelled by rotten fruit**) ...more

I loved Wraith and Serena's story. It was nice to see Wraith finally settle down. Although with how fast it happened it could be perceived to some as being a little unbelievable. The introduction of an unknown Sem brother was a nice bonus. The 'happy' ending of the Demonica books do seem kind of rushed. I would like to see a little more of what happens after the drama is over. ...more

Armageddon is averted, a new couple falls in love. One needs to read this series in order, as Ione did not waste much time world-building here.

A very well-written, fast-paced plot, and two fascinating protagonists with opposing agendas whose mutual attraction has them questioning themselves.
