This book was good, great even. In this book I took Collins' style as fast paced and not one word wasted (which was such a break since I had just recently read "Pretties" where I skipped 3 paragraphs at a time because they said the exact same thing as the one before) It was amazing how much stuff Collins can make happen on just one page.

I am crying.
And it didn't start till after the book was finished.
That's when the reality of it finally settled in.
I finished Mockingjay on October 2nd at approximately 5:46 PM.
**SPOILERS**
The beginning of Mockingjay was slow, and the author skipped immense parts after Katniss was rescued from the arena.
But after they kidnapped Peeta from the Capitol, it was as if the whole story set into place.
Gale loved Katniss, but after the rise of the rebels, he seemed to abandon her. I have always want ...more

Absolutely loved it....it was not what I expected and yet I can't think of a better way to end the trilogy. I wish there was more!

Amazing book. I've been hearing rumors that the Hunger Games Movie is coming out on March the 23. Or is that the start of production? Isn't it a bit early for that to be coming out? They practically just chose their director (Gary Ross I think, he directed sea biscuit and pleasentville)
