This Dewey Andreas novel finds him on a rogue mission to rescue Kohl Meir the Israeli commando who saved him at the end of the last novel. Meir is kidnapped in New York by Iranian operative and sent back to Tehran. When informed of this Andreas investigates and finds that Meir wanted to talk to him about Iran having a nuclear bomb.
