This Jack Reacher book finds Reacher picked up hitchhiking in Texas by a woman who is looking for someone to help save her from her abusive husband who is due to be released from prison any day. Reacher agrees to try and help her but refuses to murder the husband. Shortly after the husband is released he ends up dead with the wife arrested for the crime. Can Reacher help the woman stay out of jail. Some nice twists and turns, good read.

Not bad book. All the books so far always seem to be where it's hot!
Interesting story, and the usual twists and turns.
