This Jack Reacher book finds Reacher being blackmailed by the FBI. They need someone to help them track down a serial killer who is killing former women in the Army who filed sexual harassment claims. They believe that it is a current or ex-military person like Reacher. It was okay but I thought a little unbelievable.
