Intriguing. Tess Gerritsen continues to amaze as she crosses the boundaries of genres. I was very disappointed with this book especially the ending. It felt very rushed and out of left field. Not her usual MO. The story started out great and really interesting, but about two thirds into it, things started to fall apart.

" And then there are the brave souls that refuse to be blinded, but instead choose to fight for what is right. Such a moving and tragic tale that will bring you to tears in the end. "Music would anchor him, sustain him. In a world gone insane, it was the one thing that would help him hold on to sanity." ...more
