This was an audio book I listened to help me keep on track with my New Year's Resolutions. I always have the best intentions each year to exercise more and eat healthy. The dieting isn't too hard, but an exercise routine is more difficult for me. Joyce Meyers is encouraging and will motivate you with this book.
