The best thing about reading this book was getting to know how it all started. I really see many Christian pointers in this story. An ok read
The question I have in mind when reading these children's classics is: Is this something I want to read to my daughter eventually? The English or American children's classics are unknown to me, having been raised in French only, so it's with pleasure that I'm reading them little by little. Enjoyed this lovely picture of the beginning of the world in the creation of Narnia ... and also the lovely fantasy story of hopping between worlds. Wonderful fun, good reading ...
I am in love. I am so surprised and rather sad that I never read this series as a child. I am looking forward to completing it. It is magical and lovely and it is quite the page turner!
