Jane is a shifter (skinwalker) of Cherokee descent who hunts (bad) vampires. Her animal soul is called Beast. She's a bad-ass and rides a motorcycle called Bitsa. She also has no memory of 12 years or so of her life.

I already committed part of my reading time this year to the series (as part of my series challenge).
That said...
This one was well written I must say, The world building, the set up, all those flowery descriptions about everything and everyone.
Even when said descriptions were in the middle of an action scene or between a question and its answer.....
Going for the second in the series.

Very Good and am starting the rest of the series. I am not as emotionally invested in the h but am still loving the story.
