3.5 stars. For a long time this was going to be a solid four star read for me. I loved the characters and their chemistry was palpable. But the plot twist near the end knocked off half a star for me. This book was so much fun. I loved Hazel and her quirkiness. I loved how she embraces her differences but is still wary of relationships because she knows she's not typical.
Josh was sweet and funny and so straight laced. It was such fun to watch him come around to Hazel's brand of crazy.
I think the twist was handled well too. A lot of times, this type of twist results in a lot of ridiculous drama. It was handled so well in this book. And the epilogue was fantastic. ...more
