Excellent Character Development, Plodding Plot
I read only one third of this novel, so take my review for what it's worth.
Wally Lamb is certainly a master at creating characters with depth -- male and female. The heroine from She's Come Undone was so rich and layered that I felt like I was reading about one of my psychotherapy clients.
