Not quite as good perhaps as the earlier books -- but certainly worth a read. He has been criticized for the "genetics isn't everything" but he's right on the geniuses. People with high IQs don't do well, partly because of their lack of social skills, partly because of resentment, partly because when some things come easy, you give up on things that don't. This book was very interesting, but, like Freakonomics, became a little redundant by the end. However, I was interested in the ways that people become successes, often by the year they were born or their family work ethic. It was interesting, and I wonder if I could be a super success, too.

Another winner by Malcolm Gladwell. In this one he explains success. Throw away all your ideas about how working harder than the rest and being smart will be the key to success. Or will it? He does a phenomenal job of explaining it all, and really keeps your interest while he does so.

Some very interesting case studies on the factors which lead people to success. How much is timing, how much is nurture as a child.
