Behold, the Power of Duct Tape
This is not a perfect book, but it is an enjoyable one. There is humor and fear and courage and suspense. The science is the star here. The dialog comes across stilted, and not just mission control stilted. That stuff sounds right, it's the ordinary conversations that don't flow. But that's cool. That's not the story. Brilliant from start to finish.
3.5 to a 4, but I'm going to say a 4. I really enjoyed this one. It wasn't what I expected and I didn't always like the main character but I loved the storyline and the suspense.
