Ironically, I tend to review books with blurbs about why I liked or didn't like them. I don't go into detail or character and/or plot analyses (this is ironic because I have a tendency to over-analyze everything else). On to my pithy review!

You can tell pre-accident from post-accident Stephen King. Post-King is darker, more jaded. But the stories are no less compelling. You know where the story is going, and you'll have to eat some major pain to get there, but you do anyway. Because it's King.
