I really enjoyed this book. Probably better described as a teenage read but still loved it.
Enjoyed the development of the characters and they way in, which they interact. It was delightful to suddenly discover that I was reading about the Treaty of Waitangi from the perspective of someone living in the area at the time. There were enough unknowns to keep me reading and wanting to know what else would happen. The blurb on the back can be a bit misleading. I’d definitely recommend this one.
