This is the first book this year that has had me so deeply conflicted. Things I liked in this book I really loved and bits I didn’t enjoy in this book, I passionately disliked. It is so difficult to summarise my feelings on this book here. I will be doing a video on my channel soon to better unpick my thoughts on this book. I’m torn between giving this book a 4.5 and a 5 Star review. I truly grew to love Eleanor and rooted for her throughout the book. She is oddly lovable and has endured so much pain and hardship. However, the twist at the end for me was somewhat unnecessary and glossed over in order for Eleanor to move on in her life with some ease. Overall, though, I am thoroughly happy that I read this novel and I highly recommend it!
I really enjoyed this book. Cant wait to read more from this author. I love to read about family troubles and individual problems. easy to read and it keep my interest.
I absolutely loved this heartwarming read. I highly recommend it.
