I liked this book a lot. It's like Freakonomics in that it makes you think about all of your decisions and life in a whole new way. It's based in psychology and experiments and data, but it's very readable, and enjoyable, and interesting. I found myself retelling almost the whole book to my husband. ...more

When I first saw this book I was excited. Another Malcolm Gladwell book. I loved the Tipping Point. But Blink is a very different kind of book than The Tipping Point. It is less accessible and unlike the information and ideas expressed in Tipping Point, I'm uncertain how I could put any of it into practice. Not as entertaining as I found Outliers to be but damn close. I always trust Gladwell to write something interesting for his readers.

I bought this book assuming it was something else. I wanted a leadership book so I continued reading it. It reads like dry fiction, and it is difficult to understand what the author is trying to say (meaning is he for it or against it?) Might be a good library book, but it was a hard read.
