If I'd read Hugh Howey's Wool back when it was a self-published, little book that could, I think I might have enjoyed it more than I did. Or at least I wouldn't have entered into it expecting the "next great thing" in the publishing world.

The future of the human race has only been possible because a group of survivors have been able to build a life in an underground Silo. This was a good series, I would give it four stars, but the language was too rough for my liking. It was a good story, with a plot that kept me reading. I really liked the ending of book 5.
