This was my third time reading this book but the first time I think I actually enjoyed it. For one, I fully embraced being on the creature’s side and judged Frankenstein for the selfish-narcissistic character that he is. I really wonder if Mary Shelley made him that way intentionally or if we’re meant to empathize with him. In my view, he is not a scientist.
