I didn't love it. It took me a while to get into this book when I was reading it, but luckily the audiobook came available so I was able to finish the last 80% by listening to it. Once the story got moving along, it was much better, but this felt really long. Not sure I'm going to be able to get going on the next book in the series.

A couple of things though. I do feel it was well-written and I love the cultural references (French and Brazilian). Listening to the French and Portuguese accents wa ...more
