description
Have you ever been curious about the middle ages?

Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you grew up during that time?
There was a gatehouse and drawbridge with many arrow slits in the walls so your father could defend your home if he was attacked.
Well, let me tell you - life would've been a whole lot different back then!
Tapestries were woven pictures that hung on the walls...They were as colorful as they were beautiful.
Everything from the house decorations to even the meal

Another wonderful book written by an amazing author that will take young readers back in time to a fascinating period of history. Carole P. Roman, brought the middle ages to life. I can't tell you enough about this book and series. Ms. Roman really went above and beyond here. It's informative, educational and such fun to read. Well written and chara

Here is another type history book about the Middle Ages by Carole Roman.

Here she compares today's small town in England to that of England back around the year 1000. Again we learn the type of clothes, the houses, and the food they ate at that time. The language back then was also strange.

It's a cute book full of information for the young and old, even I learned things while reading. And the pictures were charming and fit the story well.

The only thing that was a negative was the typos I found th
