For the last few years, I've read Hogfather over Christmas. It's the perfect holiday tradition, and every time, I pick up a little more of the meaning of the book.
Yes, it's a fun, campy Christmas mystery/heist/rescue mission, and Pratchett stays true to form by making whole paragraphs out of puns...but underneath the fun and jollility, Pratchett has a lot to say about what makes humans human.

It's weird. Like super weird. There are no chapters and there are a lot of scene changes so the audio was a touch tricky. Death is an awesome character that I can relate to on a fundamental level. The premise is great and I will probably check out another disc world in the future.
