I wanted to like this book, I really did. I found myself so lost with the foreign and unfamiliar words, phrases, and items that I had no clue what they were. It was so confusing that I just had to give up on this book. Very disappointing as I was hoping it would be a fun read.

Been years since I read this last. I'm amazed at how well it's holding up.
The language and style is a bit old fashioned to my taste, and the part where the current person in focus changes from one to another almost mid-sentence threw me out of the book a few times. ...more
