i thaut this book was gonna be so crap, but i LOVED IT!!! i thaut it was really good, the characters are all very likeable and are strong, but they grow on and from one another.
i REALLY liked Riley- he is sooo cute and protective of Mary-Ann =] i cracked up at one point wen Aden was doing something wierd and Mary Ann said he was scaring her and then Riely goes 'you will cease scaring her immediately' hehe, i thaut it was sooo cute. and the way he always stays with her and holds her- its really ...more

i haven't read a book that i loved, or enjoyed, like this one in a long time. It truly was incredible!
To be honest, i don't know where to start. From the very first page this book sucked me in and i was addicted. It had a great pace and was interesting from the get go. Right away i were drawn in, and desperate to see how things went for Aden. You couldn't have pried it from my fingers if you'd wanted to.
The story itself was unique- always interesting and captivating- as were Wow...just...wow!

To be honest, i don't know where to start. From the very first page this book sucked me in and i was addicted. It had a great pace and was interesting from the get go. Right away i were drawn in, and desperate to see how things went for Aden. You couldn't have pried it from my fingers if you'd wanted to.
The story itself was unique- always interesting and captivating- as were the characters within it. From the main character Aden, and each individual voice inside his head. Aden was a great male lead. He acted like any other normal teenager. Well, as normal as any 16 year old boy with 4 souls inside his head could be that is. He was brave and i liked that he knew how to take care of himself. I enjoyed how his relationship with Victoria grew and how he felt about her. She was a very cool, ass kicking vampire princess on her own.
Julian, Elijah, Caleb and Eve were all wonderful rounded characters, each interesting and captivating in their own rights. Eve was an incredible mother figure- always the voice of reason. Caleb was constantly coming up with lines that had me in stitches and was slightly self involved. Elijah was Aden's direction a lot of the time and he helped determine what was a good idea and what wasn't, although Aden constantly ignored his warnings. And Julian, who appeared to be the cause of much of Aden's problems (raising corpse's anyone?? lol) but i felt came across as a very brotherly figure.
I also thought that Mary Ann was a great character. I loved watching her learn about the supernatural world, along with her growing attraction and then relationship with Riley. Riley himself was also extremely hot and i loved his sarcastic attitude towards things. His protectiveness over Mary Ann was very sweet and it's easy to tell just how deep his feelings are for her- as are her's for him.
Let's just say that i loved the romance in this book between the 4 main characters. The relationship between Aden and Victoria is different to the one that Mary Ann and Riley share, yet both are powerful and- i believe- true.

This entire story was incredible. It had everything in my opinion. There was romance, action, humor and just so much more. It had vampires, werewolves, ghosts, faeries, goblins, demons and so much more. And lets not forget the abilities that both Aden and Mary Ann possess. There was always something going on that left you hanging, desperate to see things evolve or be resolved. I loved it!
I loved the bit in the story where Mary Ann discovered that Eve, was in fact her birth mother Anne. That whole part of the book was a real tearjerker, as mother and daughter were reunited and Eve was able to move on. And out of Aden's head, leaving only 3 souls, or- as we discovered- ghosts remaining.
So the story concluded with Aden becoming ruler of the vampires, knowing he only has limited time to live, needing to attend a meeting with a coven of witches to order save the lives of Mary Ann, Victoria and Riley (no pressure there lol) and the discovery that Caleb somehow knows one of the witches and, like with Eve, his knowing her may be the clue to setting his soul free.

I recommend this book with my entire heart!!!!
Better bring on the sequel FAST, because i'm itching to see what happens next!!!!

oh God... I loooooooooooooooooooved this book!!! it was so incredibly amazing... I loved the story... it was so different from everything i have read and i loved the characters as well.. I truly recommend this book to anyone, no matter who you are, I'm pretty sure you'll like it :) ...more
