What Members Thought
I didn't give this book any stars. First, Darwin was a scientist, not a novelist. His writing is terrible. Second, this is a science book expounding on the theory of evolution. How do you rate discovery? You can't. A slog to be sure, but one I'm glad I made. Knowing just a little bit more about evolution makes it that much easier to reason that Darwin was right.

No matter what you think of the Alfred Russel Wallace debacle, this is a great book and filled with an abundance of information for those interested in the theory of evolution. I’d recommend a later edition as they includes more chapters and rebuttals to some of the objections raised.
