My first time reading this timeless Christmas classic, and it did not disappoint. No need writing a review as I believe everyone knows the story of ole cranky Ebenezer Scrooge, the frightening ghost of his late business partner Jacob Marley, and the spirits of Christmas past, present and future that visit Mr. Scrooge on Christmas Eve. As I was reading, I could just imagine the old black and white movie version from 1951 starring Alastair Sim. (my favorite version)

This is a Christmas reread and is a critical part of my yearly Christmas experience. I love reading this and then watching the George C. Scott version of the movie. It isn't Christmas without it!
