This was surprisingly more wholesome and heartwarming than I expected it to be. Ada, is an exceptional character and I love the way Moore wrote her and the journey she took her on. I wasn't sure what to expect in this book, but what I found was a story about love, perseverance, humanity, and unexpected kindness. I am so glad I read this on audio, Lisa Flannagan is the perfect narrator for this novel. ...more
