If only the whole series had kept the pace of this last book.
Fiiinally. Finally finished this 'gods-damned' book. The first half, a whole 300 pages was mostly so meh and such a chore to read. The characterisations were off for some characters and it was really fanfiction level writing quality. Celaena was not endearing or badass, just annoying and selfish, rather than a more balanced mix of all those things in the previous books.
