My absolute most favorite book ever in this series.
I loved everything about Queen of Shadows. Everything. It was such a good reading experience too see Celaena saying goodbye to her past and embracing her new name and title. This was the first book in this series that I really loved from the first pages. I liked this more mature Aelin because to be honest she has been a bit annoying angsty character earlier.
This book had action all the time, I wasn't bored in any phase. I loved some really clever/unexpected plot twists.
Manon was again amazing and I love her character arc! I think she still is my favorite character because she is more interesting than Celaena. There is so much things happening in "The Camp Witches"! ...more

I loved this book! This is my favorite in the series so far.
This was a solid 4.5. I think back from book 1 to now and so much has changed. Most notably the authors writing. It's almost like somebody totally different is writing the series with a better maturity or the author herself has had tremendous growth. Either way it's what I asked for a mini series for that the story to build in progress. The action and plot kept moving and I hate to share too much of it. Love this series and it just keep getting better. One thing I have to say is it was a little long for me and some parts kinda dragged but overall a great read.
