Salvatore never disappoints.
I don't know that any of these could outdo the Dark Elf trilogy... But they're all really good.
His characters are all unique, their motivations tangible, and the loyalty of their brotherhood is infectious.
I've said it before, and I may say it again.... But has anyone told RA Salvatore that these are just Forgotten Realms books, meant to be read leisurely in dog-eared paperbacks from the used bookstore? They've got no business being this good, yet they continue to th ...more
