What Members Thought
This installment picks up right after the previous book. Lovelace says goodbye to the crew as she heads on a new adventure. The journey felt excruciatingly long at times, but it was worth the trip in the end.
I enjoyed this. I had expected it to be a continuation of the first book, but it wasn't. It was still an engaging story, and I really like Becky's writing style, and the world she created. I couldn't wait for one chapter to end to find out what was happening in the other storyline.

This was probably closer to 3.5 stars for me. I preferred the first book by a lot. It was just a style thing. I felt like the book took forever to get going and while I loved the characters I never became as invested in the story.
