I began this lovely heartfelt book last night and I had to make myself stop and put it down or I was going to be up all night to keep reading this wonderful novel. The letters are fascinating and each writer has their own voice. What a lovely wonderful group of people to meet - and now i wish to travel and see the lovely island for myself. I don't have much to say about the book- I just finished it so I am still absorbing but I do know that I loved it. Within the first few pages I knew I was going to enjoy it and, even when the stories were sad, I was still aware of how much I was enjoying the book. I loved the characters and the the way the story unfolded. I would recommend this book to most people (I would say everyone but I know that not all books are for everyone).
