Non mi sono mai trovata più in difficoltà a recensire un libro, perché Norwegian Wood è bellissimo ma non riesco facilmente a descrivere perché.
Watanabe, voce narrante e protagonista del romanzo, ha da poco passato la maggiore età quando si trasferisce a Tokyo. I'm not sure how I could relate so well to this. Luckily, almost none of the events have happened to me. There is this profound way in which Murakami writes that encapsulates you and embeds the story into your brain. You really understand Toru, Naoko, Reiko, Midori, Nagasawa and Hatsumi even if you have very little (read nothing) in common with most of them.
