What Members Thought
Well, this was required reading....I didn't like The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. I didn't enjoy the writing at all. But I will point out the talent Mark Twain showed us as he wrote the same way the characters spoke. Sorry, I can't think of the word I want at the moment.

Okay. I did it. I read it. And my ears twitched hard every time the N word appeared. That is a lot of twitching. And also, I am just not a "boy on an adventure" kind of girl.

Written wonderfully but god this is such a boring story line. I couldn’t really get invested. I loved Tom Sawyer so I don’t know why I didn’t enjoy this as much.
It has its moments but I sure won’t be reading that again.
