Shelves: favorites

It took me a while to get through this book. The first half was slow moving, with a lot of world building. It took me nearly a month to get through it. But once I got to the second half, oh boy. I finished the second half in less than 48 hours.

This book is amazing, and I can't wait to read the rest of the series. This is my first foray into fantasy (I'm not counting harry potter because well, I've loved that for over 2/3 of my life and the fantasy aspect is not what I loved about it) and I'm gla ...more
