What Members Thought
I loved this book! Yeah, the writing was a bit choppy and towards the end, the story got kind of sloppy and confusing as if the author just wasn't sure how how he wanted it to end. Still, I enjoyed this journey immensely, and easily got caught up it. I started reading it before bedtime and then got up the next morning and finished it in one sitting. Book 2 is already ordered from Amazon.

This book was a fun and interesting read. A grandson who is told all kinds of crazy stories about other children with magical gifts and talents, isn't sure if he can believe his grandfather or not. His grandfather does have pictures, but the stories just don't seem possible.
After the grandfather passes away, the grandson follows his grandfathers advice and seeks the place of these peculiar children.
The book follows his journey, what he learns about his grandfather and even about himself.

I loved it.
A book written for teens. I thought it might be something Dhillon (grandson) would like to read; but hey, I enjoyed the book. A bit of a twist on time travel. AND, the photography is fantastic.
