What a great premise for a story; maybe not original but in the gap between life and death having a chance to live your life as if you had made different decisions at turning points, and seeing how it panned out. Of course there are unexpected twists even after a seemingly simple decision as Nora Seed tries on her different lives. I can see why this is a popular book. It's one of those feel-good what-if-I-lived-my-life-differently kind of books, where you might have to double check the cover to make sure it wasn't written by Mitch Albom. It's like "It's a Wonderful Life" except the main character has made nothing but poor decisions throughout her life. She gets the chance to see what her life would be like if she had made different decisions. A bit sappy and predictable, but entertaining and a quick read.
