Why did I buy this book: The leatherbound cover was gorgeous and my eyes are bigger than my stomach.
What did I think of it: I couldn't get through it, even though I've seen the musical about a billion times. I think people had longer attention spans and more free time when this book was originally published. I just couldn't stick with it, my brain refused.
Who would I recommend it to: Someone in prison who has nothing else to do but read this brick of a novel. Or a college student who wants to fe ...more
