It was ok as a story. I liked Fitzgerald's style for the most part, although there were some spots where I had to go back and re-read because the dialogue/action seemed to jump around and I lost track of what was happening. I must say there wasn't one single likeable character in the entire novel, including the narrator, Nick. The whole lot of them needed a swift kick and a job! It certainly was an interesting look at a time period and place that I'm glad I don't live in.
