I probably read this years ago and gave it five stars, and it still rates five stars. Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald's (better known as F. Scott Fitzgerald) (1896-1940) most famous book, originally published in 1925, perfectly captures the Jazz Age in the shallowness of its characters, the nicest of whom is narrator Nick Carroway.
