What Members Thought
This book was the group read for the month for a book club I participate in and I was... hesitant. It wasn’t really the type of book I’m normally into.
I’m sooooo glad I got pushed out of my bubble and was able to experience this book! I think the first couple chapters I reluctantly trudged a long but soon enough, I couldn’t stop. I’d spend my day at work fretting about what was going to happen to Miriam. I’d lay in bed worries about Laila. (And then sobbing through the book once I had the chanc ...more
