The plotline was very intriguing, and it was full of twisty, mind-bending, craziness. The problem was the writing style. The dialogue was choppy and lacked realism, and it was a bit cheesy at times. For such a far-fetched sci-fi plotline, I wish that there had been a bit more depth to it. I mean, the overall plot is awesome and I couldn’t wait to see how it would play out. Well just damn. Maybe I over-hyped my own expectations, given that Recursion was such a mind f*ck. Perhaps I've given the Infinite Multiverse concept too much thought on my own. Have I simply read or watched better conceptualizations of it elsewhere? I know for sure I've been subjected to one too many pop-culture takes on that damn cat. Whatever the reason, this book is a yawner.

Holy crap! This was good. It's been a minute since I read something I didn't want to stop reading.
This read held my attention from the start. That's rare for me too.
