What Members Thought
Struggled to finish this because I'm hoping it makes a good blockbuster movie. But the writing style just dragged. It was like 30% a long drawn out, pretty predictable and boring adventure and 70% just listing stuff. Video games, songs, the contents of his apartment, just lists and lists of description like an OCD insurance record.

As an avid fan of virtual/augmented reality, and anything with 80's nostalgia, absolutely loved this story, but suspected it would not translate well into a movie.
Not a fan of the movie - read the book - way, way way, way, way better.
