What Members Thought
This was my first foray into the original Sherlock Holmes, and I was not disappointed. Definitely an enjoyable read. I was told this might not have been the best sample of the sleuth's stories as it actually spends much more time with Watson alone than with Sherlock, and we're not treated to Holmes's wit throughout most of it, but I still liked it.
However, I found the "mystery" to be a bit ridiculous and the lack of or vagueness of the clues caused it to be impossible to guess who was the guilty ...more
